Most platforms measure success by how many listings they can pile up. The result is familiar: endless pages of roles that do not fit, and employers drowning in applications from people who were never a match. Everybody scrolls, nobody wins.
Fishjop started from a simple frustration — the best job or the best candidate is rarely a volume problem. It is a relevance problem. So we built a curated marketplace instead: roles checked by sector, a clean apply flow, and a focus on matches that actually make sense for both sides.
