Employer Success Associate

About the role

Employers come to Fishjop because they're tired of drowning in irrelevant applications. The Employer Success Associate is the person who makes sure they get what we promise: fewer, better-matched candidates and a process that respects their time.

You'll onboard new employers, help them write clear and honest job posts, keep their listings healthy, and check in so small problems never become big ones. It's relationship work — part support, part light account management — with real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Onboard new employers and walk them through posting a clear, honest role.
• Review job posts for clarity and fairness before they go live.
• Check in with employers, gather feedback, and head off problems early.
• Coordinate with the marketplace team to keep listings healthy and current.
• Spot what makes some employers succeed and help the rest get there.

What we're looking for

• Confident, professional written English and an easy phone/video manner.
• Organised and proactive — you follow up before you're chased.
• Genuine interest in helping small teams hire well.
• Comfortable owning relationships in a small remote team on IST hours.
• Nice to have: any account management, recruitment, sales-support or client-facing experience. Helpful, not required.
