Listings Quality Associate

About the role

"Less noise, better matches" only works if someone actually holds the line on quality. That someone is the Listings Quality Associate — the last check before a job reaches a real person looking for work.

You'll review incoming listings against clear guidelines, catch vague, duplicate, expired or misleading posts, and keep our sector categories tidy. It's careful, methodical work for someone who quietly enjoys being the one who spots what everyone else scrolled past.

What you'll do

• Review new and updated listings against our quality and fairness guidelines.
• Remove or flag duplicate, vague, expired or misleading job posts.
• Keep sector categories organised so browsing stays high-signal.
• Document edge cases and suggest guideline improvements.
• Work with the employer team to fix weak listings rather than just reject them.

What we're looking for

• Sharp attention to detail; you notice the expired listing everyone else missed.
• Good reading comprehension and sound judgement on borderline cases.
• Methodical and consistent over long batches of similar work.
• Comfortable working independently in a small remote team on IST hours.
• Nice to have: any moderation, QA, data or editorial experience. Not required.
